Please note for Check-In/Out time period as follows:

• Check-In Time : 2:00 PM
• Check-Out Time : 12:00 Noon

Early check-in or Late check-out can be made depending on availability of hotels rooms

Child Policy:

-No additional room charge for children under 12 years of age sharing the same bed with parent or guardian limited to one child per room. In cases of a second child an extra bed charge will be added on.
-For the child sharing the same bed with the parent, breakfast will be complimentary for under 4 years, but Ks. 5,000 for Local and USD 5 for Foreigner will be charged for 4 to 11 years.

Electricity Providing:

-We will provide the electricity for 24 hours.

Pets’ Policy

-Pets are not allowed in the resort

Deposit & Payments Policy:

-Non-refundable half advance payment is needed to get confirmed reservation.

Cancellations

A cancellation charge on the total value of the reservation (inclusive of Food & Beverage arrangements)
